Plan now to join Dr. Sam Waldron and Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary at this year’s Reformation Preaching Conference in Elizabethtown, Kentucky on October 9-10, 2015.
CBTS Faculty fully subscribe to the 1689 Confession of Faith, hold an advanced
degree in their field of instruction, and possess significant pastoral experience.
The Particular Baptists wanted to manifest their consent with their Presbyterian and Congregational brothers. However, “some things,” as they wrote in the epistle, “are in some places added, some terms omitted, and some few changed.”
The question has been discussed among those who subscribe the 1689 whether the New Covenant is the Covenant of Grace. I have come to that opinion myself.
We share difficult, hard truths with others because we truly love them.
